You can apply online for your first driver digital tachograph card, renew a card (if its expiring within 90 days) or replace a lost or stolen card. By using this service, you can expect your driving licence to be issued within 5 days. Check if you are eligible to use this service. If you are renewing your photocard driving licence with a new photo, and you are unable to use our online services, you can do this quickly and easily at participating Post Office branches.

We do not send application packs to addresses outside of Great Britain.
Downloaded application forms will need to be printed out onto paper and submitted to the appropriate DVLA address given on the form. Order and/or download application packs that contain all the forms and information.
